The package includes a fruitful set of know-how derived from our extensive experience in CRM implementations, and it can help you to have your CRM and running in 2 weeks after all the phases of system form design, user-training and data migration.

Terms and conditions

  • The purchase of Microsft Dynamics CRM Online license is not included in this package.
  • The service starting time can be adjusted beforehand.
  • The deliverables are as follows:

    • Schedule/task list
    • Item/field setting format
    • Data import template
    • Operation manual
  • The Requirement Analysis Form and Screen Design Form shall be filled out by the customer beforehand.
  • The data shall be prepared and imported by customers. (For operation methods like application order, please refer to User Manual on "Dynamics CRM Online" provided by Microsoft)
  • Five entities are included in this package; lead, account, contact, opportunity, and appointment (as a part of the activity). (This program includes screen layout customization for each entity, up to 50 fields editing, i.e. adding, deleting, replacing fields, or changing field name, etc.)
